I am science based coach, focused on helping you with real life living, knowledge, and educating you on the mind and body connection. We work with professionals of all sorts to hack your body, through trial and error - I customize an achievable, longterm life for you, based on what really works. I currently live a life surrounded by family and nature, I love to cook, camp, hike, walk barefoot in the grass, play piano, and bake cookies.
